The Choose Tourism NSW Program has scheduled seven one-day seminars for tourism and hospitality operators on how to position your business as an employer of choice.

Achieving recognition as an “employer of choice” puts you in the driver’s seat for recruiting and retaining the best people. Attracting the best and the brightest from within your region or attracting them to move to your region is challenging. It is not a status that is easily attained or maintained, it requires a thoughtful and strategic approach that begins with understanding what people want.

This full day program will include presentations from expert speakers and local operators who will speak on what strategies can be adopted to retain employees and to onboard new recruits and the innovative approaches that you can implement to achieve a high performing team.
