Steve Cox is the CEO of Destination NSW. As a passionate and energetic champion for Sydney and regional NSW, Steve’s focus is spearheading the strategic direction of Destination NSW, including the delivery of the Visitor Economy Strategy 2030 to ensure NSW is the premier visitor economy of the Asia Pacific by 2030.
Michael McQueen is a multi-award winning speaker, trend forecaster and bestselling author of nine books.

With clients including KPMG, Pepsi and Cisco, he has helped some of the world’s most successful brands navigate disruption and maintain momentum.

Having been formerly named Australia’s Keynote Speaker of the Year, Michael has been inducted into the Professional Speakers Hall of Fame.

Aaron Matis is the Industry Development Manager for Destination Sydney Surrounds South and, having grown up in the region, is a passionate advocate for tourism in our area.
Aaron works to connect tourism businesses with key stakeholders, like Destination NSW, as well as help operators to understand and navigate helpful resources like the NSW First Program.
Jacqui Greaves joined Destination NSW four years ago as the Regional Tourism Development Manager, Sydney Surrounds South. Prior to this, Jacqui gained experience in regional tourism and destination management as Business Development Manager for Central Coast Tourism and volunteered for the Northern Lakes Disability Tourism Precinct Committee. Her passion for travel and tourism started at Flight Centre and American Express and as a Service Centre Specialist for Global Distribution Systems, Galileo.
Kate Shilling is a strategic sales and marketing professional, passionate about connecting tourism enterprises in regional Australia. With a strong track record in partnership marketing across the travel industry, Kate has worked with leading distributors, media, creative and digital agencies to develop and distribute innovative tourism experiences in Australia and overseas.
Kate’s CV includes leadership roles at Flight Centre, Tourism NT, NRMA Travel, Qantas Holidays, Helloworld and Australian Traveller Media. Kate is the founder of Family History Holidays, the Chair of Destination Riverina Murray, and has been the Executive Officer of Ultimate Winery Experiences Australia for over three years.
