With the release of the 2021 Census results, Tourism Australia gained an interesting insight into the changing profile of Australian families.
The data indicates over 50 per cent of Australians either being born overseas or having a parent born overseas, it helps to explain why visiting friends and relatives is such an important tourism driver, and why it is the first segment to be returning as we emerge from the pandemic.
