You will learn about how the School Based Apprenticeships and Traineeships in NSW program offers support to help you take on and train a senior school student to suit your business.
Your apprentice or trainee will undertake a combination of industry specialised training and one day per week in your paid employment, whilst undertaking the HSC.
School based apprentices complete the first stage of a trade qualification by the end of their HSC year.
Trainees complete an initial qualification by the end of Year 12.
