Susan Gray
Susan Gray has worked in the global aviation industry for her entire 25+ year career. After completing her honours degree in International Relations, she trained as a journalist and editor in the airports sector before spending a further 7 years with SSP, a global hospitality group specialising in air and rail locations worldwide. As part of the international business development team and latterly as head of international communications she was responsible for their global brand, and bids in new and emerging markets. With her husband and business partner, since 2010 she has run a leading international airport planning consultancy, advising airport owners and operators on optimising revenue from non-aeronautical revenue, based out of Sydney. Since 2018, Susan and her husband, who hails from Wollongong and has family links to the far south coast, have owned the Dromedary Hotel in Central Tilba. They take great pride in running an award-winning pub with a reputation for friendly service and delicious food. Now employing over 20 people year-round, the Drom plays an important role in the community as a central hub and key employer. Susan and Jeremy also love to collaborate with other south coast businesses and are proud to produce their own delicious beers and gin in close partnership with Stoic brewery in Gerringong and Nine Circles Distillery of Pambula, under their Tilba Brewing Co and Tilba Distilling Co brands.
