Rupert Sakora

Rupert is an experienced General Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the hospitality industry and is currently General Manager at Bannisters in Mollymook. He has an extensive career in exciting food & beverage operations and a passion for guest satisfaction and delivering great experiences. Rupert began his career in hospitality in a small theatre café in Canberra and that experience led him to fine dining and then working in London, Greece, and all over Australia in restaurants and hotels. He has opened hotels & restaurants in London, Greece, Sydney and the Gold Coast and loves to bring teams together. Rupert is a strong operations professional with a health & well-being and a creative mindset. All his learnings in the industry have been through the experience of working in different environments with different people and teams. He is still enjoying learning.
