Matthew Edwards

Matthew has had 32 years experience working in all areas of the registered club industry on the NSW central Coast (Mingara Recreation Club) and Batemans Bay (Soldiers Club).  He trained and studied extensively in Human Resources, Gaming and Operational Management.  

He has encouraged both professional and personal development for his colleagues, with a strong focus on multi-skilling, which is key to our industry. He believes hospitality is a fantastic career option.  

He enjoys assisting people to learn new skills and reach their full potential and is very pleased to assist the Centre of Excellence in any way to give training opportunities to all people and to encourage employment in our industry, highlighting the possibilities and pathways for long term careers.
